5 Days Assured Return

You can return or request a replacement within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.

Please make a video while opening order packaging to claim Damaged or Defective product Replacement and share with our Whatsapp Number.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product has a fitment issue (does not fit the specified vehicle as per the description).
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Any product showing signs of installation, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
  • After approval, we will initiate either:
    • Refund (processed back to your original payment method), or
    • Replacement (a new product will be shipped to you).
  • Please note that refunds/replacements will only be processed after we receive the returned item.

Wrong Address or Contact Number

If customer place a order with wrong address pincode or phone number, Double sided shipping charge will be levied to customer.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back.55
