You can return or request a replacement within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
Unboxing Video Compulsory
Please make uncut video clip while opening order packaging to claim Damaged or Defective product received and share to our Whatsapp Number. Without video we will not accept return.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has a fitment issue (does not fit the specified vehicle as per the description).
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation intact.
- Any product showing signs of installation, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
- After approval, we will initiate either:
- Refund (processed back to your original payment method), or
- Replacement (a new product will be shipped to you).
- Please note that refunds/replacements will only be processed after we receive the returned item.
Wrong Address or Contact Number
If customer place a order with wrong address pincode or phone number, Double sided shipping charge will be levied to customer.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
